Welcome to The English Caravan Company,

for the ultimate in 'retro' styled bespoke caravans with curve appeal.....

The English Caravan Company are producing a small collection of 3 caravans with a strong 40’s & 50’s retro style, dovetailing traditional workmanship and skills with modern materials, to create a caravan for today. Made in Britain. They are, simply spiffing little caravans. From our smallest 'Classic Teardrop', to our 'Toyhauler', onto our ultimate, 14ft glorious 'Classic', there is sure to be something to suit every discerning lover of traditional craftsmanship.

Hand made from start to finish, each one will incorporate ‘signature’ distinctive materials such as pippy oak, birds eye maple, ash, or English oak. In line with current trends, the collection incorporates new ideas and innovation and each caravan is a work of art that you will be proud to tow......proud to show!

Being hand made, they are truly bespoke, and all finishes can be determined by the client.

From the quirky to the fabulous, to the downright beaten up, if you have an old classic that needs a little ‘TLC’ or complete renovation, then we would love to hear from you. If you need a total refit then we’d also love to hear from you. If you love it, we’ll love it. If you don’t yet love it, we hope you’ll fall in love with it when we’ve completed it!

We offer a high-quality refurbishment service for most makes of vintage caravans and specialise in sourcing, importing and renovation of the iconic Airstream.

Please call us should you wish to talk over any new build or restoration plans that you may have.

We are now on page 22 of the May issue of Camping and Caravanning magazine. Our Teardrop was used in the photo shoot promoting a Guinness World Record attempt on June 4th as part of the Queens Jubilee Celebrations. The club is aiming to set a Jubilee-themed world record for 'the most people wearing paper crowns across multiple locations''. Bring on the party!

Friday 30th March

Delivered the Teardrop back to ITV studios in Manchester on Friday 30th March. Filming has just this week started on the second series of Ade in Britain.

Adrian Edmondson is travelling all around the UK visiting quintessentially British locations cooking locally sourced foods from the back of our quintessentially English Teardrop caravan. All very spiffing! There will be 30 shows in this new series. See facebook and twitter for pictures and updates.
